个人简历：

邓文君，女，博士，山东日照人。2013年本科毕业于陕西师范大学食品质量与安全专业，2015年硕士毕业于荷兰瓦赫宁根大学食品安全专业，2021年毕业于美国阿肯色大学食品科学专业，获博士学位。同年加入伟德BETVLCTOR1946始于英国，主要从事食源性致病病毒和细菌在食品中的传播机制和防控手段的研究。主持山东省自然科学基金青年基金1项。

研究方向：

1.诺如病毒在蔬菜中的污染传播机制

2.病毒与细菌的相互作用
